Are your model kits original and authentic?
Yes, we only sell 100% authentic products sourced directly from official distributors. Every kit, including Bandai Spirits products, comes in its original manufacturer packaging with all genuine decals and instruction manuals included.
How do you ensure kits aren't damaged during shipping?
We understand that box condition is important to collectors. We use heavy-duty cardboard boxes and ample bubble wrap or packing paper to protect your kits from impact and crushing during transit.
What is your return policy for opened items?
We accept returns within 30 days for items in original, sealed condition. Due to the nature of model building, we cannot accept returns once the plastic runners' bags have been opened or if parts have been removed from the gates.
Do you ship internationally and how much does it cost?
We ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order and your location. Please note that international customers are responsible for any local customs duties or taxes.

What should I do if my kit is missing a part?
If you discover a manufacturing defect or a missing runner, please contact our support team immediately with photos of the instruction manual and the unbuilt kit. We will work with the manufacturer to secure a replacement part for you.
