How do you ensure kits aren't damaged during shipping?

We understand that box condition is important to collectors. We use heavy-duty cardboard boxes and ample bubble wrap or packing paper to protect your kits from impact and crushing during transit.

What is your return policy for opened items?

We accept returns within 30 days for items in original, sealed condition. Due to the nature of model building, we cannot accept returns once the plastic runners' bags have been opened or if parts have been removed from the gates.

Do you ship internationally and how much does it cost?
